Based in the wilds and wetlands of the Norfolk Broads UK, Willowspin play traditional
folk, ceilidhs and barn dances - using energetic reels, jigs, hornpipes, airs and other
tunes from all parts of the UK and further afield.

We play for weddings, birthdays, Christmas parties, anniversaries, corporate events,
Burns Nights, festivals, gigs and for any other special occasions.

See videos of us playing live and of our ceilidhs on the Audio page and Youtube.
Also - check out what people have said about us on our Testimonials page.

  2020

One of our favourite venues yet has to be the wonderful medieval setting of the Great

Hospital in Norwich with its cool monastic cloisters and vast beamed hall. Also memorable

is the beautiful Godwick Great Barn near Fakenham and Whitwell Hall, Reepham. Hautbois
Hall near Coltishall also comes into our top favourites - a stunning Elizabethan country

house and adjacent barn perfect for ceilidhs. Hautbois Hall is another beautiful place.

Village Halls are also perfect for ceilidhs - some that we've played at being: East Tuddenham,

Fleggburgh, New Victory Hall Neatishead, Hindolveston, Margaret Harker Hall Blofield,

South Walsham, Horsford, Weston Longville and Frettenham. This year we have a return
visit to the Folk in a Field Festival near Castle Acre so looking forward to that again.

Norwich Arts Centre is a fabulous and unique kind of place to hire for your private

event - with a full professional stage set up - here's a clip of a previous ceilidh:
